How to reset your password? 

  1. If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, click “Reset password” in the login menu under the password field.  
  2. You will receive a message containing a link to your email address.
  3. Click on it to reset your password. 
  4. Next, enter the new password and confirm it.  

How to publish an offer? 

  1. You can publish a new offer from your profile. Log in to the portal, click on your profile (Dashboard) and click “Add new offer”.
  2. Here you can choose the type of offer, depending on whether you are looking for a job or a person to work.
  3. The next step is to choose the specialization that you are interested in.
  4. To create a job or offer, you must enter the necessary information in the appropriate windows: 
    • Title of offer - remember to be clear and relatively brief 
    • Description of offer, where you can provide detailed information 
    • What types of services are you interested in - there are several options to choose from here. Adjust them to your needs, 
    • When exactly you need help and the time frame, when assistance will be needed 
    • Your address 
    • In which countries should your offer be visible 
    • Required experience 
    • Additional information about the searched person, e.g. a child, a senior, etc.
  5. When publishing a service offer, the check boxes apply to, among others your age, experience or specialization. 
  6. More accurate data enables easier searches for potential Clients.

How to add a photo?

  1. To add a photo, click on your profile (Dashboard) and click on “Settings”.
  2. A list of options will appear on the left side of the screen; select “Change photo”.  
  3. You can upload a photo from your computer.
  4. Remember that acceptable formats are JPG, GIF and PNG, and the maximum size is 5 MB. Accept the selected photo by clicking “Save” 

How to update your job offer? 

  1. If you want to change the details of your offer, click on your profile (Dashboard), find the offer you would like to edit and click “Edit”. 
  2. After editing the offer, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page or cancel if you do not want to update the offer.  

How to deactivate a job offer? 

  1. To close an offer, uncheck its activity (On/Off slider) on the right side of the offer.
  2. The list of your offers is visible in your profile (Dashboard).

 How to add a specialization? 

  1. You can add a specialization by creating a new ad.
  2. Click on your profile (Dashboard) and click “Add new offer” to place a new advertisement with another specialization on the portal.  

How to remove a specialization? 

  1. By deactivating the ad. 

How do I delete my account? 

  1. If you would like to delete your account from the helphoo.com portal, go to your profile (Dashboard), and click “Settings” where you will find the “Delete account” option.  
  2. Remember that deleting an account on the portal disactivates it for 14 days for security reasons. 
  3. During this period, you can unblock your account by sending an email to: support@helphoo.com. After this time, your account will be permanently deleted. This means, that:
    • You will lose access to all information and photos 
    • The Premium packages you have purchased will not be refundable

Why was my account blocked?  

  1. It is likely that this happened due to a violation of the portal regulations.
